BCCA Education Committee, in partnership with ACCA Azerbaijan, hosted an exclusive session for public and private schools management.
The event, “ACCA Foundations: The First Step Towards a Global Finance Career,” focused on presenting the ACCA Foundations in Accountancy (FIA) programme as a school-based pathway to strengthen financial literacy and introduce students to future careers in accountancy from an early stage.
During the session, ACCA representatives - Senem Ross-Forrester and Tariro Masukume provided an overview of ACCA FIA programme, highlighting its structure, progression routes, and the value it can bring when integrated into school curricula. The discussion emphasised how early exposure to internationally recognised qualifications can support students in developing practical hashtag#finance skills and clearer career direction.
